Kudos for the Spring Nationals from the ABA

On the ABA BMX site Shannon Gillette from the ABA recaps the weekend and praises Duke City BMX & The Spring Nationals in Albuquerque.

"The American Bicycle Association hosted the Spring Nationals this past weekend, May, 23-25 in Albuquerque, NM. The Veloport/Duke City BMX Facility is the only the second BMX only facility built in the world and what a great place it is. The racing at the Spring National event was exciting to say the least! The Duke City BMX crew really stepped it up and had the facility in tip top shape and ready to race! This was the fifth PRO Series event of the season and the PRO Riders were excited to head to the high altitude of New Mexico to see who had the legs on the tour."

2008 ABA BMX Spring National

Friday kicks off the 2008 ABA BMX Pro Spring National at Duke City BMX. Registration opens at the ABA Trailer at 1:00. Practice sessions begin shortly after by age group. Today is the Friday Pre-Race.

We will be practicing & racing under the ABA BMX National Schedule A there will not be a Friday Night Ribbon race as we are hosting the Spring National this weekend.

Mark your calendars for May 23-25 for this years ABABMX Spring Nationals - Pro Series at Duke City BMX here in Albuquerque.

Last year we saw 2800 attendees at this event and this year should be even better. Come enjoy our wonderful Albuquerque weather and the ABA Pro's at this event. Duke City BMX is 1 of 2 covered state of the art tracks on the tour.
