So we have made some adjustments to keep everyone happy for this Sunday!

Hello everyone.

Great news for this Sunday. We know that you will probably have plans for the big game. For this Sunday, signups will close at 1:00 like normal, and mottos and corrections will be handled quickly. Remember that number plates should be updated with new numbers. We will have paper plates on hand if you have not yet made the change. We will be running a two-moto transfer instead of the normal 3-motto transfer. We will also go directly to the mains. We will need your help on getting the kids to staging so that we don't have to drop the gate without a little one there.

We look forward to seeing your smiling faces out this Sunday.

2008 District Points are final! Update your numbers!

Dear Riders and Parents:

The 2008 District Points are final. We will be racing on Sunday with new numbers. Be sure to check out the ABA web site for your new bike number. We will also have this information at signups on Wednesday night at practice.

Everyone except new riders who purchased their membership in 2009 will need to change their bike number.

Just a quick reminder that district bike numbers are to be 3 to 4 inches in height on a white number plate.

Duke City BMX has our number plates for sale at both signups and the bike shop. The cost for the Duke City plates is $15.00. We also know that the bike shop has a good selection of other plates for sale along with the numbers that you need. The numbers are $1 each.

Hope to see everyone on Wednesday for practice or at the races soon.

Safety Reminder

Attention Riders & parents:

We are very excited to see so many racers back at the track!

Please keep in mind all riders need to wear correct leg protection:
Riders that roll up the pantleg of thier pants causing the shin to be exposed without a shin gaurd will not be allowed to be on the track until this is corrected.

Rider safety is very important to all of us at Duke City BMX please help us in making sure your riders have the proper & requrired protection.

This week we had the first practice of the 2009 season with a decent turn out and lot's of smiling faces!

We are on the Winter Track Schedule till March:

Wednesday's
ABA Gate Practice 6:00 to 7:30
7:30-8pm Random Gate Practice
Full Gear! - Still Just $2.00
Please bring your ABA Membership Card or Receipt. Membership ID will be verified at the gate for Riders/Racers.
Entrance for spectators is always free!

Sunday's
Trophy/Saver Stamp Race
Race Sign ups 12:00 to 1:00 - $10.00

* subject to change for special events, race schedule calendars can be picked up at the sign up window. ABA points are awarded for main event finalist.

Friday Races will start up again after the Winter track Schedule in March
Ribbon Race Friday's
Sign ups 6:00 to 7:00 - $6.00
